BK Royston Publishing would need to review your printed book or an electronic version prior to be accepted in the BK Royston Publishing Book Fairs or Vending Events.

2024 Stops Tour
Schedule of Events, the Vending Fee and Submission Due Dates
September 30, 2023 – Memphis Public Library, Memphis, TN – $50
October 27-28, 2023 – National Black Book Festival, Houston, TX – $100
November 11, 2023 – KIPP School, Jacksonville, FL – $100
November 14-18, 2023 – National Association for the Education of Young Children, Nashville, TN – $200
November 30-December 2, 2023 – National Black Educators Association – New Orleans, LA – $150
To have your book at all of these events, the fee is $400.
Once you’ve receive acceptance into the BK Royston Publishing Book Fair/Vending Events, pay the vendor fee for participation in 1 or more or all of the Tour Events and there is a 70/30 split (70% for the author and 30% for BK Royston Publishing for administrative costs/return shipping costs) for the retail cost of your book at each event. If additional books are needed, the author will be notified immediately.
Include a note in your package of the retail cost of the books and mail 20 books and 100 bookmarks or post cards only to the following address:

BK Royston Publishing hosts Book Fairs and Tours around the country for children’s books for all ages. To participate in the BK Royston Publishing Book Fair, send 1 copy of your book (non-returnable) along with 1 copy of your bookmarks, business card or other promotional materials to the following address:

After an email notification of acceptance, due to the high cost of vendor fees, travel, transactional and administrative fees, click here to submit $50 along with 5 copies of your book and 5 bookmarks or other promotional materials. Be sure and in your package include the retail price of the book and/or what you want the book to be sold for as well as the payment outlet you would like to be paid. (Note: I use Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle) There is a 70/30 split. 75% of the sale goes to the author via cashapp or paypal as the book is sold. The remaining 30% goes for transaction and administrative fees as well as postage to return the books if not sold. If the books sell, a request will be made for additional books for the Book Fair.
